Thank you for choosing Evo Security to protect your customers.  Now that its time to activate your portal, please follow these steps and let us know if you have any questions.  Thanks again and we look forward to our journey together.

Choosing a Payment Method

1. Log into your Evo Security portal using your Global Administrator account.  This is the account that we had you identify to create your Evo portal.  Some examples might be support@ or IT@
2. Click on name in the top right corner to select the drop down
3. Click Enter Payment Info and follow the prompts
   
4. Select the appropriate payment method.
   1. For Credit Card: Fill in the required information (name, address, CC, CCV, expiry). Click Submit Payment Info.
      
   2. For ACH Bank: Click Continue. Select your bank from the list. Enter your username and password. Click Submit.
      

Purchase and Allocate Licenses to a Customer

1. Click the Purchase Licenses button for the tenant to be licensed.
2. Enter the number of licenses you’d like to purchase for the environment.
   1. Evo Standard licenses(Soon to be Evo Secure Login) - Use this license for MFA/SSO
      
   2. Evo RADIUS licenses - Use this license for Radius access into an environment
   3. Evo Elevated Access licenses - Use this license for all of your techs

3. After reviewing the details, click Purchase. On the next screen, click Done.

   

   

4. Allocate some or all of the licenses you've purchased to a customer by clicking Edit Allocation next to any customer.  Once you Allocate licenses, you will be given the option to assign those licenses to individual users now.  To do this later, follow the steps below.

Assigning Licenses to Users

1. From the left side of the Evo Home screen, navigate to Customers and select the customer that you would like to assign licenses to.  Since this is the first time, you will select your company
2. Now select People from the Left,
3. Staged from the top row
4. Select all or just a few of the users listed
5. Click Actions and then Assign Licenses

You should now be able to sign into the Evo console using your preferred login account that you were using during the trial.  If you have any questions please let us know.
