Hello Evo Faithfuls and welcome to our first August update! This is a big one, we've released a new feature for you all to use that should help simplify your user management within Evo. It's called User Groups! Take a look:

NEW! - User Groups

A long awaited feature, User Groups is now released! With User Groups, you are able to group many users within the same unit, and then using only that singular unit, apply it to several places within the portal such as Role-Based permissions, Customer Access, and Elevated Access. No more will you need to apply this individually. Just assign the user to a group!

With this release, we've added new pages within Role-Based Permissions, Customer Access, and Elevated Access that allows you to select Groups as well as individual members. Be sure to check it out! If you have any questions, please refer to the User Groups support article -

IMPROVED! - Customer Access

With the release of User Groups, we've improved our Customer Access feature. It now functions as a more intuitive wizard flow, uniform with the rest of the portal. Check it out! If you'd like to view the support article, take a look here:
