Using Evo Security (End User)
Your company has taken an important step to protecting you against cyber criminals by installing multi-factor authentication on internal systems and applications with a solution powered by Evo Security (“Evo”).
In this article, you can find steps on how to set up and begin using Evo as your MFA resource.
Getting Started
You will receive a “Welcome” email from no-reply@evosecurity.com that was sent by your organizations MSP (Managed Service Provider). Once received, please complete the steps below:

Your Evo Credentials will be your current MS Windows Username and Password.

You can use either your full email address or username to sign in with Evo MFA. (ex: first.last@company.com or “first.last”)

- Download the Evo Mobile App for Android or Apple.

- Scan the QR code into the Evo Mobile App.
- The QR code will be included as an attachment in the Welcome email you received.
Now that you’re registered you will be able to MFA when logging in to your Evo protected machine or web applications.
Logging into a PC
1. Select the “Evo Security Login” option at your machine’s login screen:
2. Enter your Evo Credentials:
3. Approve the push notification from your mobile device: (**Alternatively, you can manually enter the 6-digit code found in the Evo Mobile App.)
That’s it! Once you approve, you will automatically be logged onto your device.
Logging into a Webapp
1. Navigate to the website and select the SSO option (if applicable). For O365 Login, enter your registered email address:
2. Sign in with your Evo Credentials:
3. Approve the push notification from your mobile device: (**Alternatively, you can manually enter the 6-digit code from the Evo Mobile App.)
That’s it! Once you approve, you will automatically be logged into your web application.
