If the Evo iOS mobile app shows Inactive keys like in the photo below, there could be 2 reasons.
- Your device has been purposely disabled on Evo admin portal. Please contact your Evo admin to re-enable it.
- The device shows enabled, but your mobile app still shows the Inactive key. Please follow the steps below to fix the issue. (Please note that this is just for iOS, not Android OS.)
- Go to the Evo portal and delete the iOS device entry (or entries).
- Launch the Evo mobile app, then run the “Update Inactive Keys” action under Settings - Advanced in the iOS app and it should be set.
