Issue reports commonly contain 3 vital pieces of information.
- Issue Summary: A brief summary of the issue encountered in two sentences or less.
- Replication Steps: (If applicable) We'll try to reproduce the issue so please tell us exactly what you were doing at the time the issue was encountered – the more detailed the better! Screenshots are super helpful so if you're able to capture the issue on screen, please send us the image.
- Expected Outcome: Sometimes it's not obvious what the issue is, please tell us what you were expecting to happen v what did happen.
