How to activate licenses
Each tenant, including your primary tenant should be properly licensed. The primary account will be identified in the table with an asterisk.
Licenses are purchased for a specific tenant, rather than a global bucket of licenses to be shelled out to each of your managed tenants (clients).
There are currently two license types available:
- Evo Standard: All core Evo Secure Login functionality.
- Evo RADIUS: Evo hosted cloud RADIUS server. This is considered an add-on.
You’re unable to purchase Evo RADIUS licenses without having at least a matching number of Evo Standard licenses.
- Click your name from the top navigation bar.
- Click Billing & Licenses.
- Click the Activate button for the tenant to be licensed.
- Enter the number of Evo Standard licenses you’d like to purchase for the tenant.
- Optionally, enter the number of Evo RADIUS licenses you’d like to purchase for the tenant.
- After reviewing the details, click Approve and Activate.
- To assign licenses to the appropriate users now, click Assign Licenses. Otherwise, click I’ll do it later.
- Repeat steps 1-5 for each tenant to be licensed.
Now that you’ve licensed your tenants, don’t forget to assign a license to a user. Refer to How do I manage user licenses?
