How to activate licenses
Each customer, including your primary company should be properly licensed. The primary account will be identified in the table with an asterisk.
Licenses are purchased for a specific customer, rather than a global bucket of licenses to be shelled out to each of your managed customers (clients).
There are currently three license types available:
- Evo Standard: All core Evo Secure Login functionality.
- Evo RADIUS: Evo hosted cloud RADIUS server. This is considered an add-on.
- Evo Elevated Access: Enables support for Evo Elevated Access for technicians.
You’re unable to purchase Evo RADIUS licenses without having at least a matching number of Evo Standard licenses.
- Click your name from the top navigation bar.
- Click Billing & Licenses.
- Click the Purchase Licenses button for the tenant to be licensed.
4. Enter the number of Evo Standard licenses and Evo RADIUS licenses you’d like to purchase for the environment.
5. After reviewing the details, click Purchase. On the next screen, click Done.
6. Assign the licenses you've purchased to a customer by clicking Edit Allocation.
7. Once Allocated, click Assign Licenses to be taken to the People page and begin assigning those licenses to users. If you need more information, Refer to How do I manage user licenses?
