If you have forgotten your Evo password, you can always set a new one.
If your user account was created via a directory sync, your password must be updated with Google, Microsoft, or on your organizations network. Depending on the organizations policies.
You can gain access to the Forgot Password form by directly accessing your organizations Evo portal login.
- From your organizations Evo portal, click Forgot Password
- Enter the email address associated to your Evo user.
- Click Continue.
Or if you haven’t memorized your organizations Evo portal address, you can request your administrator send a Forgot Password request. Both will result in an email to be delivered to your inbox.
- Check your inbox for the Password Reset email. If you don’t receive this email, check your spam, or junk folders to make sure it didn't get lost.
- Click the Reset Password link from the email received.
- Enter a new password. Retype the new password.
- Your password must contain at least 10 characters including 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number.
- Click Submit.
- From your organizations Evo portal, enter your email address and updated password.
- Click Continue.
