How to log into the web portal
Push notifications for a one-time pin can be received one of two ways. The first is to your mobile device through the Evo Secure Login app. The second is to your email address.
- From your favorite web browser, navigate to your Evo Web Portal
- (example: https://YOURCOMPANY.evosecurity.com)
- Enter your email address, and password, then click Continue.
- Accept the push notification on your mobile device and you will automatically be logged in.
- You can also manually enter in the 6-digit OTP from the Evo Mobile App and click Continue to login.
How to log into the mobile app
Logging into the Evo Secure Login app is controlled by your phone’s security settings.
After you have opened the Evo Secure Login mobile app, you will be required to authenticate using the same method as if you’re logging into your phone.
How to log in with Windows credentials
Some organizations support one or both Microsoft Active Directory (On-Premise or Azure) configurations.
To support the On-Premise Active Directory with LDAPs (Secure Lightweight Directory Application Protocol) service, you’ll need to install the Evo LDAP Agent on your network.
To support Azure Active Directory service, you’ll need to complete the necessary configuration.
Once the Active Directory users have connected with Evo, they’ll be able to log into your managed systems with their Windows credentials. For more information on the user experience, see Evo Secure Login for Windows.
How to log in with Google Workspace credentials
To support the Google Workspace service, you’ll need to complete the necessary configuration.
Once your Google Workspace users have connected with Evo, they’ll be able to login to your managed systems with their workspace credentials.
