If you’ve lost, damaged, or are replacing your phone and are unable to login due to no OTP available. You’ll need another administrator to send you a welcome email with a QR Code attached, so you can log in.
If you’re an end-user, simply log into your Evo portal. On the user portal you’ll be presented with a QR Code for scanning. Scan the new code and follow the wizard.
- From the top-navigation click on your name.
- Click Profile.
- Click Generate QR Code.
4. Open the Evo Secure Login application and scan the QR Code.
5. Once scanned, click Complete Registration
6. After the code has been scanned, you can then either Show My QR Code or Delete My QR Code.
Deleting the QR code will remove the token from your device and you'll need to re-scan that token in order to enable mobile MFA once more.
