Can I see a map of where my users are logging in from?

The authentication map view allows you to visualize where your users are logging in from. Each authentication record is recorded on the map with a pin.

How to see the map view

1. From the dashboard, click My Company. Alternatively, click Customers and find the customer in question.
2. From the side navigation, click Activity.
3. Click the Map View.

How to zoom in and out

Click the + tab in the top left corner of the map to zoom in see details. Click the - tab to zoom out.

You can also zoom in and out on the map by using pinch-to-zoom on trackpads.
