How do I manage my licenses? Follow
All information related to your license and payment information is found under the billing & licenses section on your account.
How to edit licenses
Editing licenses is only possible for customers you have activated, if you haven’t activated licenses on a customer yet, refer to How do I subscribe to Evo?
If you want to increase the number of licenses, be sure to enter a value that is equal to the current number of licenses plus the additional licenses. For example, if you currently have 25 licenses, and want to add 25 more, you’d enter 50 into the appropriate license field.
Before you’re able to decrease the number of licenses for a tenant, you’ll first need to remove the licenses from the users. Refer to How do I manage my user licenses?
- Click your name from the top navigation bar.
- Click Billing & Licenses.
- Click the Edit button for the licensed customer.
- Update the number of licenses.
- Click Approve and Activate.
- If the number of licenses were increased. To assign licenses to the appropriate users now, click Assign Licenses. Otherwise, click I’ll do it later.
How to deactivate licenses
Deactivating a customer should only be done if the licenses are no longer needed. Users will lose access to the customer at the end of the months billing period.
- Click your name from the top navigation bar.
- Click Billing & Licenses.
- Click the Edit button for the licensed customer.
- Click Deactivate customer.
- Click Deactivate this customer to confirm the deactivation.
