How to disable shared accounts
- From the dashboard, click Access.
- Click Shared Accounts.
- In the displayed list of customers located on the left, find the customer the shared account is to be disabled. Click the customer’s name.
- In the displayed list of shared accounts, find the ones you want to disable. Check the box at the beginning of each row.
- Click the actions menu located above the table.
- Click Disable Shared Account.
Repeat steps 5 to 7 for each tenant shared account that is to be disabled.
How to enable shared accounts
- From the dashboard, click Access.
- Click Shared Accounts.
- In the displayed list of customers located on the left, find the customer the shared account is to be disabled. Click the customer’s name.
- In the displayed list of shared accounts, find the ones you want to enable. Check the box at the beginning of each row.
- Click the actions menu located above the table.
- Click Enable Shared Account.
Repeat steps 5 to 7 for each tenant shared account that is to be (re)enabled.
How to delete shared accounts
Deleting a shared account will remove it from any associated elevated access assignment, which will require the group to be updated.
Once a shared account has been deleted the action cannot be undone.
- From the dashboard, click Access.
- Click Shared Accounts.
- In the displayed list of customers located on the left, find the customer the shared account is to be disabled. Click the customer’s name.
- In the displayed list of shared accounts, find the ones you want to delete. Check the box at the beginning of each row.
- Click the actions menu located above the table.
- Click Delete Shared Account.
