Evo Elevated Access removes the need for your technicians to know or see what the Shared Account password is.
In the event you need to access a Shared Account password, an Evo Admin with the proper Role-Based Permissions will be able to view these in the portal.
In order to view Shared Account passwords, an Evo Admin will need to be assigned to a Role-Based Permission group that includes the Elevated Access > View Elevated Access Section.
- From the dashboard, click Access.
- Click Shared Accounts.
- With the Shared Account tab selected, select the customer in question.
- Locate the shared account you’d like to see the password for and click the eye () icon.
- Once you’re done viewing or copying the password. Click Close.
