Can I see the shared account passwords? Follow
For many, shared accounts have become a necessary evil.
With Evo users who are assigned an elevated group to login with a shared account, no longer need to know or see what the password is. Yet, there could be those that may need to refer to the shared account password.
It should be noted that any user that is assigned a Role-Based Permission group that includes the Elevated Access > View Elevated Access Section, they will be able to see the passwords for shared accounts.
- From the dashboard, click Access.
- Click Shared Accounts.
- With the Shared Account tab selected, in the displayed list of customers, find the one the new shared account should be added. Click the customer’s name.
- Locate the shared account you’d like to see the password for and click the eye (
) icon.
- Once you’re done viewing or copying the password. Click Close.
