Azure users not syncing to Evo Follow
Please ensure that you have completed the steps outlined in the Azure Directory Sync guide.
- Check that you have the correct group selected to sync to Evo
- Customers=>Select the customer=>Directories=>Azure Active Directory=>Edit=>Scroll to the bottom and review the current groups selected
- Ensure that all users have a valid email address added to their AAD profile
- Open the properties for any user in AAD. Verify the email field has a valid email address
- Check the expiration date of the certificate that was created for that AAD sync
- Log into AAD=>Azure Services=>Certificates & Secrets=>Check the expiration of the Evo cert
- If it has expired, create a new one and also update the Evo Azure directory settings with the new value.
- Log into AAD=>Azure Services=>Certificates & Secrets=>Check the expiration of the Evo cert
